Celebrities seem to snap back into shape like rubber bands after giving birth, but Isla Fisher says her body will never be the same post-baby — and she’s glad.
The 37-year-old actress has two daughters — Olive, five, and Elula, two — with funnyman husband Sacha Baron Cohen.
She put on 25kg during her first pregnancy and 31kg in her second and has spent the past two-and-a-half years trying to regain her pre-baby body.
She has now reached her ideal weight, but says her stomach will never be the same — and she doesn’t care.
“Even though [my stomach] will never be flat again, it’s still my favourite because it reminds me of my greatest achievement: my babies,” Isla tells the new issue of Fitness magazine.

“For me, so much about life is acceptance. You can look in the mirror and find a million things wrong with yourself. Or you can look in the mirror and think, ‘I feel good, I have my health, and I’m so blessed.’
“That’s the way I choose to look at it. I don’t need to be perfect. I’m doing just fine.”
