Reese Witherspoon turned 40 this week and her good friend and fellow Oscar-winner Nicole Kidman was there to celebrate the milestone birthday at a dinner on Tuesday.
Witherspoon shared a snap of the intimate occasion which showed Kidman, 48, sitting right beside her friend at the table as she blew out the candles.
“This is 40 … I am one lucky gal,” wrote Reese.
On Sunday, the Louisiana-native was the belle of her own ball as she hosted a star-studded birthday party in Hollywood where Kidman and her husband Keith Urban turned out to celebrate with the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux and Kate Hudson.
